IMP are looking to bolster our fantastic customer focussed sales team with the addition of a Sales Development Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to either begin or continue a career in public sector sales and be the first Sales Development Representative within IMP.  You will support the existing sales team by finding and building relationships with prospective Multi Academy Trusts across England who are experiencing challenges with their current financial planning processes. The right candidate will be able to continually work to key performance indicators, whilst also meeting and exceeding targets. IMP Software will provide a unique product set and the necessary training to develop the skillset required for a lifelong career in sales within the Education Sector.

The candidate will learn, develop and build upon the key skills required to build long lasting relationships with MAT finance teams, whilst being able to go above and beyond for our customers. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need extensive experience of Business Development, but must be forward thinking, have the desire to generate their own success and be able to work to specific metrics and targets whilst having the desire to develop or accelerate their own sales career.

The role requires the ability to work within a tightly knit sales team and marketing team, with ample opportunity to learn from those around you to shape your own sales career with IMP. This will be a remote full-time role so national applications will be considered. Previous experience of remote working in Sales Development is preferred, but not essential.

Our product solves real problems for MATs and this is at the heart of everything we do. IMP Planner enables our customers to streamline their operations whilst providing confidence in the robustness of their Strategic Financial Plans. Given that our solution changes the way that MATs can operate, it is fundamental that the candidate is able to grasp the challenges being faced by Trusts. You will need to able to demonstrate key communication skills to understand and, where necessary, delve deeper into conversation with customers to establish how and why IMP Planner will be able to address their challenges. IMP will provide you with the tools to become an expert in your field in return!
